These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, products, programs, and digital content provided by Nicole Kuurman (ABN 55874084772), trading as Nicki Kuurman, Universal Calm, and Myst Rituals (collectively referred to as “Nicki Kuurman”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing this website (www.nickikuurman.com) or purchasing, booking, or using any of our services or products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services & Products

These Terms cover all offerings under the Nicki Kuurman umbrella, including without limitation:

1:1 sessions (e.g. Soul Guidance, Kinesiology, Reiki, Coaching Sessions)
Group sessions, workshops, and circles (e.g. The Quick Fix - LIVE)
Private coaching containers (e.g. Guided Journeys; 3 or 6-month programs)
Courses, programs, classes, and memberships
Meditations, activations, and digital downloads
Physical products, including Myst Rituals energy alignment sprays and other wellbeing tools

All services and products are provided for personal, spiritual, and educational purposes.

2. Bookings, Payments & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International customers may see converted amounts through their payment provider (Stripe or PayPal).

a. Bookings

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment, you confirm your commitment to the session or program.

b. Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Quick Fix - LIVE - sessions are non-refundable.
Soul Guidance / 1:1 Sessions -reschedules with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice are permitted. Refunds may be offered at our discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
Courses, Workshops & Digital Programs - non-refundable once access is granted or materials are delivered.
Physical Products - refund or replacement is available if the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. Proof of purchase and photos of damage must be provided within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event or session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

c. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all instalments on time. If a payment fails and isn’t rectified within 7 days, access to services or content may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

d. Promotions

Promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

e. Guided Journeys (3-Month or 6-Month Coaching Containers)

Overview
Guided Journeys are personalised coaching and healing programs designed to support ongoing transformation across a defined timeframe. Each journey includes a specific number of private sessions, access to reflective tools, and ongoing energetic support during the agreed period.

Bookings & Payments

You may choose to pay in full or via a monthly payment plan, as outlined at the time of enrolment.
Once your journey has commenced, all payments are non-refundable, as your place and time are reserved exclusively for you.
Payment plans continue automatically until the total balance is complete.

Cancellations & Reschedules

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, will be forfeited, except in genuine emergencies.
All sessions must be completed within the agreed journey timeframe. Extensions may be arranged at Nicki’s discretion in cases of illness or major life events.

Journey Continuity

Session dates are generally scheduled in advance with Nicki at the beginning of your Journey to ensure a consistent rhythm and flow.
If a change is required due to illness, travel, or other unforeseen circumstances, an alternate time may be arranged using the private Calendly link provided or by direct communication with Nicki.
All sessions must be completed within the agreed journey timeframe. Extensions may be arranged at Nicki’s discretion in cases of illness or major life events.
Sessions and access to materials are valid only within your active coaching period and cannot be carried over or transferred.

Confidentiality
All discussions and materials shared during Guided Journeys are confidential and treated with the utmost care and privacy.

3. Participation in Classes & Events

By attending any live or online class, workshop, or group experience, you agree to participate respectfully and take full responsibility for your personal wellbeing.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the experience for others.

4. Wellbeing Disclaimer

All sessions, products, and courses offered by Nicki Kuurman are intended to support energetic, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional advice or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any physical or mental health concerns.
You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing before, during, and after any session, ritual, or product use.

5. Results Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide transformative experiences and tools, results vary for each individual.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, healing results, or manifestations.
Your personal growth and transformation depend on your own commitment, awareness, and actions.

6. Physical Products - Use & Safety

Myst Rituals energy sprays and similar items are created with energetic intention and natural ingredients. For external use only.
Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. If the product contains alcohol or essential oils, keep away from open flame and heat sources.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
We recommend performing a patch test prior to first use to check for sensitivity.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that natural variations in scent, colour, or consistency may occur and do not indicate a fault.

a. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier. You’ll receive tracking where available. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can assist.

7. Digital Content & Copyright

All materials - including meditations, recordings, videos, guides, and written content - are the intellectual property of Nicki Kuurman.
You are granted personal, non-transferable access only.
You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.
Access to certain digital content (e.g. Quick Fix HQ, course portals, or replays) may be time-limited and subject to change. We reserve the right to update or remove content from time to time. Live sessions may be recorded for quality or replay purposes; by attending, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear on a recording, please keep your camera off and use the chat for questions.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected via this website or during bookings is used solely to deliver your services or communicate relevant updates.
We never sell or share your information with third parties.

International users acknowledge that data is stored and processed in Australia.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicki Kuurman, Universal Calm, and Myst Rituals disclaim any liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

a. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control (including illness, platform outages, severe weather, or government restrictions). Where practicable, we will reschedule or provide a reasonable alternative.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
