And patterns can recalibrate.
That’s the work I do.
I support women in stabilising their emotional baseline, interrupting recurring dynamics, and returning to leadership from identity rather than urgency.
Through private coaching, Soul Guidance sessions, Quick Shift, and MYST alignment tools, my work blends nervous system recalibration, practical mysticism, and grounded self-leadership.

I’ve spent decades exploring what creates sustainable change – the kind that stabilises your nervous system, clarifies identity, and integrates insight into daily life.
My background weaves kinesiology, energy medicine, intuitive depth, and transformational coaching. It’s a blend of grounded methodology and energetic awareness. Practical, embodied, and responsive.
Living with fibromyalgia was both a disruption and a turning point. When conventional approaches offered management but not resolution, I began studying the deeper patterns beneath chronic stress and systemic overwhelm.
What I came to understand is this:
When the nervous system recalibrates, identity shifts.
When identity shifts, life reorganises.
Not through force.
Through coherence.
Everything I offer, from private coaching to MYST alignment tools, is built on that principle.
