The foundation of self-trust

Self-trust isn’t something you force.

It’s what naturally happens when three things come into balance:

  • Self-awareness — understanding what you feel, need, and know
  • Self-compassion — not judging or overriding yourself
  • Self-love — choosing yourself even when it's uncomfortable

Most of us are strong in one or two of these…
but not all three.

That’s where the disconnect happens.

And that’s what we gently rebuild in this space.

What this is

A small, intimate women’s circle where you reconnect with your inner knowing, not just in theory, but in your body, your decisions, and your life.

This is not a course.
This is not something to get right.

This is a space to:

  • hear yourself again
  • and start trusting what you already know

Each week, we’ll explore a different layer of self-trust —
moving through awareness, compassion, and action in a grounded, practical way.

FAQ's

1. Do I need to be good at meditation or have experience with this kind of work?

Not at all.
This space is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
There’s nothing to get right, and no prior experience needed.
You’ll be gently guided through everything in a way that feels practical, grounded, and easy to follow.

2. What if I can’t attend a session?

This is a live, in-person circle, and each week builds on the last.
Because of the nature of the space, sessions aren’t recorded or made up at another time.
If you’re joining, I recommend ensuring you can attend most of the sessions so you receive the full experience.

3. What is your refund policy?

Due to the limited number of spaces and the in-person nature of the circle, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
Please ensure you’re able to attend before committing.

4. Is this more like therapy, coaching, or a course?

It’s none of those — and a little of all of them.
This is a guided, experiential space where you’ll learn, reflect, feel and shift in real time.

There’s teaching, but it’s not information-heavy.
There’s sharing, but no pressure to speak.

5. What kind of women join this circle?

Women who are already doing the work… but still feel disconnected from themselves.
You might be:

  • self-aware but still overthinking

  • intuitive but not trusting it

  • capable, but second-guessing your decisions
