Do I need meditation or energy-work experience?

Not at all. All practices are guided, gentle, and accessible for every level, from beginners to the deeply spiritual.

What if I can’t meditate or find it hard to relax?

This workshop is designed exactly for that.
You’ll be guided step-by-step with grounding tools, breath practices, and energy alignment techniques that help even the busiest mind soften and settle.

What if something comes up and I can’t attend?

Because spaces are limited, bookings are non-refundable.
However, if unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out. I’m always open to finding a compassionate solution where possible.
